Oh, what could have been. The brilliance of Elastica's criminally overlooked second album The Menace makes the band's swift demise all the more heartbreaking. Those longing to hear more from Justine Frischmann and company will have to make do with this 21-track collection of songs recorded live for BBC Radio. As epilogues go, it's rather amazing. Though the hits "Connection" and "Stutter" are both M.I.A., the tracks gathered here show why this punked-up Britpop band mattered so damn much.
